Lexx was born under a crossfire hurricane in the wilds of Zurich in 1972. He began life as a fondue, but swiftly worked his way up the cheese ladder to become firstly a gruyere and then latterly a particularly ripe raclette. He discovered acid cheese in 1990 and began collecting this strange new foodstuff, often manipulating it on his two fromage-based decks. Trips to London ensued, where he was turned on to amazing new British cheeses courtesy of dairy connoisseurs such as Gilles Peterson and Patrick Forge. More recently, he began producing his own cheeses, some of which have ripened perfectly and will be marketed through established dairies such as Bearfunk. Taste his cheese. It's God's own. |
