Richard Sen was originally called Skipjack Rilchard Sensimillia, but shortened his name to avoid confusion with Ringo Starr. He was raised by lemurs in the wilds o the New Forest before being captured by Japanese soldiers in 1983 who were still under the impression that World War II had yet to end. Finally released after negotiation with Emperor Hirohito, he became a DJ, made records under the name Bronx Dogs and then Padded Cell. Now he lives in situ, just outside hope.
